The Mortgage Committee of the Vermont Bankers Association in conjunction with the Vermont Mortgage Bankers Association are pleased to present this year’s Mortgage Day to be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2006 at the Capitol Plaza Hotel & Conference Center, 100 State Street, Montpelier, Vermont.   

            Attendees at this conference will learn about:

  v     Legislative issues and proposed changes affecting banking in Vermont

v     Foreclosure and permitting issues

v     Reverse mortgages

v     Natural disasters and homeowner’s insurance

v     Affordable housing initiatives

v     Behavioral tendencies: both yours and your customers

This seminar is designed for lenders, underwriters, originators and other personnel in the mortgage area of your organization.

Commitments with the Capitol Plaza preclude reimbursements for cancellations after that date, however substitutions are always welcome.
